  • Yes, of course! There will be an on-site crèche available, so you can decide whatever works best for you. Currently, we are unable to accommodate children older than 18 months at the retreat.

  • The retreat is designed specifically for mothers, focusing on providing a supportive and rejuvenating experience for new mums. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate partners at this time. 

  • When you feel ready. The retreat is designed for mothers, with a focus on the post-natal stage (6-12 months) due to the hormonal and physical changes persisting. If you feel ready before this, the retreat will still be suitable for you. 

  • There are a range of amazing facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. On-site yoga will also be available, so please bring along appropriate comfortable clothing, personal items, and anything you may need for your baby (if applicable). Otherwise, all drinks, food, and other essentials will be provided.

  • Of course! We provide a comfortable and supportive environment for breastfeeding, we also have fridges on-site if you need to store breastmilk.

  • We do offer accommodation at some retreats. Please check our website for details on availability and applicable dates.

  • We offer a chauffeur/pick-up service from local train stations upon request for an additional cost, ensuring a stress-free journey.

  • We offer a community network called “The Nest” for retreat participants to stay connected after the retreat. 

  • Our caterers are happy to accommodate for any dietary preferences and restrictions. Please let us know your requirements, and we’ll ensure meals are tailored to meet your needs.

    • Cancellation 30+ Days Before the Retreat: Full refund.  Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another retreat date within 12 months.

    • Medical Emergencies or Unexpected Childbirth Complications:  We understand that unforeseen medical situations may arise. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, we offer a full refund upon receipt of a doctor’s note.

    • Cancellation on the day/ No- shows: No refund will be issued.
